Welcome Collin James

It seems like I was going to be pregnant forever, but on February 18, Collin James finally joined our family. I was admitted to the hospital on the 17th with high blood pressure and it was determined that I had preeclampsia, a condition that can lead to seizures. I was induced and after a few hours my labor was well underway. At 5:30am Collin James entered the world.
Now we're home and adjusting to life with two kids. Austin loves his new brother and we're working on touching him softly. Nathan is so great and I don't know what I'll do when he goes back to work. He is taking care of Austin and everything around the house as I nurse Collin. I forgot how much time that takes! Enjoy the pictures and we'll up

I love the slideshow. You've got quite the bundle. But I think you should mention how gigantic that baby was when he was born: I'll do it for you; 9lb 13oz! That's huge!

Congrats Kristen and Nathan. I am so glad you are ok. Preclapsia can be very dangerous. Hang in there as you adjust to your new life, especialy after Nathan returns to work. Don't be afraid to ask people for help. Sorry Ava and I havent been able to come to play dates. I am still trying to find balance between work/mom/wife. I'll be praying for you all.
